Can
you say cardiac kids???? Wayne Allenıs season was on the brink
on Sunday as he fell behind early and often in both of his
games against the Bills and the Patriots. In dramatic fashion,
Allen was able to pull off a miracle victory in both games.
This not only saved Allen from a disastrous 1-4 start, but
it also kept him right in the thick of the playoff and division
races. Allen has to feel very good about his chances now that
he has gotten back to his traditional winning ways, but he
canıt rest to easily this week as he prepares to face off
against the dreaded Detroit Lions and his long-time rival
Swammiıs Cowboys.
Allenıs
first game against Bartonıs Lions will be a challenge for
him. Although he blasted Barton in a pre-season game, Allenıs
career record in PFL matchups against Barton is a woeful 0-4.
Allen cannot fall behind early against Barton and expect to
climb back into the game late. Look for Barton to gain an
early lead against Allen and never look back this week.
In
the late game, Allen goes up against fellow PFL founding father
the Swammi. The Swammi has been playing solid ball all season
and although Wayne has put up consecutive victories, look
for the 49ers to crack early under the intense Dallas pressure.
