Ticket Operations Manager
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer/Controller.
The Ticket Operations Manager will be responsible to:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of ticket operations.
- Manage and oversee the processes for season ticket renewals, invoicing and payments related to general and club season tickets.
- Reconcile Customer Service Representative batches (payments); manage in-person customer payments, ensuring that all financial accounting requirements are met.
- Create and organize event manifests.
- Handle and fulfill all internal ticket requests.
- Act as primary liaison regarding upkeep and maintenance of Archtics ticketing system, as well as being the point of contact in regard to all system training.
- Conduct financial reporting.
- Conduct daily ticket reporting.
- Coordinate with ticket printer on season and individual ticket printing process.
- Create events on ticketmaster host system.
- Manage the ticket sales inventory for season and individual game tailgate tickets and coordinate processing of all orders in conjunction with the Sales Department.
- Oversee and maintain barcode servers.
- Assist the Director in reviewing and processing account refunds, transfers, etc.
- All other duties assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 to 7 years experience with ticket systems preferably Archtics/Ticketmaster
- Excellent skills with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- An outgoing personality and a professional demeanor
- The ability to work long and flexible hours including all home games , evenings, weekends and occasional holidays

- Superior organization and multi-tasking skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

Luxury Suite Sales Representative
The Luxury Suite Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Sell Luxury Suites with multi-year contracts.
- Prospect and acquire new customers through both inside and outside sales.
- Target and prospect potential clients and developing sales strategies and marketing tools.
- Cultivate new business and service existing clients.
- Maintain a database of all clients and prospects.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
