Syndicate Begins

P.C. is the mastermind
behind the development of the
syndicate.
|
Several
leaders in the Madden Community came together late Thursday
evening to discuss to establishment of a Madden World
Syndicate (MWS). The MWS would be the lead organization for
establishing a national unified code of rules and ethics in
the Madden Community. The group spoke via teleconference for
nearly three hours. Player-Coach of the MFL-LA lead the discussion that
included Robbie D (Commissioner of the BFL), Magnetron (maddenfootballplayers.com), and The Swammi. National
Madden Games runner up Winky White also participated in the
discussion. "I see this as a move that will definitely unite
all of the ballers in the Madden Community" Player-Coach
stated after the conference. "We need rules and guidelines
for nationals especially since there are so many
philosophies and approaches to the game. But we need
something all of us can play by, and the Syndicate will help
to establish that." In addition the organization will take
the lead in developing responsibilities for cities in that
would like to host Nationals in the future. "We want leagues
bidding on this every year, to have nationals in their
city," stated The Swammi. "This way we can be assured that
if a city wants to keep the games, the accommodations and
hospitality will be first rate." Look for more Leagues to
jump on the band wagon. "I have nine leagues that have shown
interest in becoming involved," stated Player - Coach. The
masterminds will continue to have teleconferences up to
nationals. The group then plans to meet in Washington, DC at
nationals to select officers ratify and adopt its
constitution, by-laws, and rule handbook. Contact
