Today we sit down with Cocky Lou from the BMB. Cocky Lou is a tournament tested baller from the Baltimore area, he is considered by many in the Madden community as having the most explosive offense in the game. He explained to me several times during the interview that he is unstoppable on offense.  

Cocky Lou has won several tournaments in recent months.  He has his eyes set on the Mother of all tourneys the Nationals. If he is in your bracket you better bring your best defensive plan to the table.
I am certain Cocky Lou will be a contender when Sunday rolls around in Miami. He is a baller who runs some good stuff and knows it......................

3rd & Long: Why the name Cocky Lou?
CL: Some say I am arrogant and thus the name, Baller Brown gave me the name. It's a from a bar here in the Baltimore area.  I don't talk smack unless the other person starts it.
 
3rd & Long: You have a very explosive offense, what are some of the factors that make your O so explosive?
CL: I am hard to blitz and I read the D'S people run very well.  I am able to look and see what the safeties are doing and that is what I base my reads on.  I also take what the D gives me.

3rd & Long: I know you have shown several ballers how to catch the ball better, it's almost unstoppable.  How did you find out how to do that?
CL: Last year, I played around with it and could not get it to work.  People said you could not do it with this years game, or you would throw into coverage.  I played around with it, made some adjustments and got it to work.

3rd & Long: Is this your 1st nationals?
CL: Yes this year will be my 1st nationals and I am looking forward to playing some of the guys and seeing and hanging out with them. For me it's not about the money just looking forward to the nationals experience of meeting everybody.

3rd & Long: Tell us about your league the BMB?
CL: We have maybe 15 to 20 guys and we usually play our season based on tourneys.  For example our next season will be with updated rosters, that is what most of the upcoming tourneys are set for.  We usually play about 3-14 game seasons per year.

BFL Insider: Who has the best overall game you have seen?
CL: I know I may make some people mad, but I think LT, from the NOMB is still the best I have seen, when you talk about overall game O and D, I think Lou is still the man.  I have played him recently and he has got it working on both sides of the ball.

BFL Insider: Do you believe you can win with any team, or do you need a top team in Miami?
CL: The way I play I need a team that has 2 good WR'S Denver, Rams, and Seattle to name a few.  I have not found a team yet.  I only need two WR'S it does not matter who the QB, RB or any D will do.

BFL Insider: Who are some the Top guns in your league?
CL: Of course Curly Top, Baller Brown, Tough Tim and Big Game James.

BFL Insider: The rap on you is that you have a great O but can't stop anybody. Your thoughts on this?
CL:  I stop people when I have to, this game is built around O, bottom line, I don't care who you are.  You are not stopping the top ballers from scoring in this game no matter what D's you call.

BFL Insider: I see you going deep in tourneys this year and winning some of them. Can you win the nationals?
CL: I think  I can and I believe in my heart I will win the Nationals.

BFL Insider: Tell me something about this years game that you hate.
CL: I hate the way the corners react to the ball.  The game won't let you click  on and have total control of the man.  You should be able to play aggressive D if you choose to do so. It's like two magnets and you are fighting to get control of the man.

BFL Insider: Talk to me about the Cocky Lou School of Offense? ( I understand Lou and DC are students)
CL: for $49.95  I can get you to average 40 points a game. I just showed them how to increase their point total.

CL: Yes I look forward to meeting you guys in Miami and nobody is going to stop me.
