& The Handbook of
the PFL thoroughly. I fully understand all requirements and expectations
as explained. I have met the criteria as set forth in the aforementioned
documents. I do realize that once I am accepted and awarded a franchise
that my franchise fee is non refundable in the event that I withdraw
from the league before the end of the regular season.
