Les Ebert enters his third season as Tampa Bay’s assistant strength and conditioning coach. Ebert is responsible for assisting strength and conditioning coach Mark Asanovich in all areas of the club’s conditioning program, along with administering one-on-one strength workouts with each player. He also tailors specific workouts based on a player’s individual needs and capabilities.Prior to joining the Buccaneers, Ebert worked as the strength and conditioning coach at Blaine (MN) High School in 1998. In 1997, Ebert served as the Buccaneers’ season-long strength and conditioning intern.
Ebert graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1997, earning a bachelor’s of science degree in physical education. Ebert is a certified member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Les and wife Rebecca reside in Tampa.
