WORK STOPPAGE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Q: What happens if games are canceled?
A: All season ticket accounts that are paid-in-full on or before the due dates would receive interest on the amount paid for any canceled games.
Q: When would interest begin accruing for season ticket payments?
A: Simple Interest would be computed on any paid balances for any canceled games at the annual rate of 1% beginning on August 1, 2011 until the sooner of the announcement of a new labor agreement or December 31, 2011.
Q: What is the policy on group or individual game tickets purchased for games that are canceled?
A:If any games are lost due to a work stoppage, group and individual game buyers would be given the choice of an exchange for future game tickets or a full refund.
Q: When would refunds be issued?
A: Refunds would be issued within 45 days of the announcement of a work stoppage ending or the cancellation of the season.
