Where as the philosophy of the PFL is to establish a forum by which each of it's members may gather and enjoy friendly, high spirited competition, and.......

Whereas this organization is highly structured, and it's foundation rest upon it's spirit and integrity, and.......

Whereby, the Constitution, By-laws and the Handbook upholds that spirit and integrity of THE LEAGUE,

We the undersigned do firmly believe in and strongly uphold the Constitution, By-laws and all rules governing membership in THE LEAGUE.

Furthermore, we the undersigned do pledge to devote our sincere energies to the survival and betterment of THE LEAGUE for as long as we shall be members.

We furthermore acknowledge and understand that it is extremely important to become familiar with the foundation of this organization, that being considered, the Constitution, By-laws and Handbook, and by undersigning resolve to uphold the fore stated documents.

In addition we fully understands all of its contents and consequences. And at no point during tenure in THE LEAGUE shall we unduly go against it's Philosophy, or it's Foundation. Nor shall we ever willfully damage the reputation, spirit, or integrity of this great institution.
