Brown Tools Up For Another
Superbowl Run
Nationals quarterfinalist Teddy B. gears up for another try at
the elusive PFL Superbowl title, as the PFL 2001 season
March 11. Brown enters his second season with the Buffalo Bills,
lead by Doug Flutie. Last year, Brown went through a roller coaster
ride of a season, starting off 6-2, then suffering through a midseason
slump, that dropped him to 7-5 and one point, before rallying
to win 3 of his last 4 to finish 10-6. It was the third time in
his four PFL seasons that Brown ended with a 10-6 record.
Unlike his former
NFL counterpart Wade Phillips, Brown makes no bones
about it...Flutie is his man. Brown loves to take
advantage of Flutie's mobility, and the talented
Buffalo wide receivers.
