  Panthers Thinking About Home Field
The Panther wide outs are dangerous.

The Panthers continue to steam roll through the PFL, annihilating each opponent along the way. This weeks victim, the Tampa Bay Bucs. The win over the Bucs was huge because it further distanced Collins from the pack. Now at 7-0, and a cinch to go 8-0 with the Giants up next, Collins placed himself three games ahead of the Teddy B! and 4 ahead of Bucs. With Collins having the 3rd place schedule and mostly cupcakes the remainder of the season, the Panthers are nearly a lock to win the Atlantic division. Only Minnesota (Brooks), Detroit (Barton) or the Bills (Teddy B) pose a threat to knocking Collins from the ranks of the unbeaten. And even if he were to loose to all three, which he probably won't, he would go 13-3 at worst. Tampa, after their loss to Carolina and Dallas Sunday, is probably playing for a high playoff seed at this point. Collins would have to go 4-4 down the stretch for Drake to catch him. More than likely that won't happen. Teddy B! has to win all of his games from this point out and Collins would have to go 5-3. Possible, but highly unlikely. So the Panthers are probably playing for home field advantage at this point in the season.

Game Of The Season (Possible Superbowl Preview?)
Should Collins not stumble along the way, and Brooks takes care of business, we could be looking at a week 12 showdown between an undefeated Collins and an 11-1 Brooks. Preview of the PFL Superbowl you might ask? There will be a lot at stake in this one. Including Brooks trying to keep Collins from topping his Vikings all time best 15-1 season record, he just set last season, breaking The Swammi's previous best of 14-2.

Although that game is still some time away (3 weeks), it is great to look ahead and look forward to such an intense matchup.
